Meadows, northwest Arkansas' first residential Master Planned Community, designed to
restore traditional values of family and friends to neighborhood living.
Opened in June 1996, Har-Ber Meadows is located on Highway 412, one mile west of the
Highway 71 bypass in Springdale, Arkansas. Har-Ber Meadows is within easy access to the
main commuter links between the four major cities of northwest Arkansas: Springdale,
Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville.
Over 400 acres of gently rolling landscape make up Har-Ber Meadows, with a
blend of residential, commercial and institutional properties as well as abundant lakes,
parks, and yes, every tree-lined street has a sidewalk.
